With a staff of physicians that rivals any other worldwide, it was surprising to find that Beth Israel Medical Center’s OB-GYN division was seeing fewer patients than their capacity would allow.

So when we redesigned their site in 2011, we focused on the basic elements that would drive more patients to their site (and ultimately, to their offices): speed, usability, and search engine results. By restructuring each division’s site navigation, creating new custom content, and streamlining the user experience, we built a site that connected users with the right physicians faster and with greater ease (and looked good doing it).
