This neighborhood favorite wanted to extend their reach further into the five boroughs. They invested in a van and a driver, and they could pretty much deliver a wedding’s worth of flowers wherever they needed to go. Now they just needed the customers.

Our cross-borough strategy centered on a flat-rate delivery offer plan that carefully targeted key neighborhoods. From there, we rebuilt their brand image through an online storefront that paired an elegant logo with a site designed to emphasize the expertly curated natural beauty of their product. Most importantly, we backed that storefront with a fully functioning e-commerce site that allowed customers to create logins, shopping carts, wishlists, and signup for quick checkout features. Since our e-commerce software is fully PCI- and PA-DSS-compliant, Charles Florals was able to accept credit cards as soon as the site launched.
